Parenting Guidance

I am passionate about supporting parents and understanding their unique experiences and challenges. My years working with neurodivergent children and families as an executive functioning and parent coach, as well as my research and writing about parent-infant attachment and the adjustment to parenthood, all inform my present work with parents. Within my practice I provide stand-alone parenting guidance to parents with a range of needs, such as expecting or new parents, parents of toddlers/young children, and parents of neurodivergent children. I offer short-term consultations around specific issues such as adjusting to a new sibling, school transitions, or troubleshooting a specific behavior challenge. I also do longer-term work with parents that supports their own adjustment to the demands of parenthood and all that this brings up about past experiences and relationship needs.
